This is the premium level of report we offer. The RICS Homebuyer Report will give you information on the condition of your property and advice to your Solicitor, plus a market valuation and insurance reinstatement cost. There will also be a dedicated section to provide advice on repairs and ongoing maintenance requirements.

Valuation Inspection Reports, From £99
Similar to a mortgage valuation report, a basic level of inspection and report with details of urgent and significant defects. The report includes a market value and insurance valuation. Suitable for probate, divorce settlements and portfolio appraisals, etc.
